A chrome license plate frame and window tint would be enough in my opinion

If you want to turn this car into a Hummer-like build, you should start with a lift kit and fender flares. Adding a hood scoop, moon visor, and door guard plastics as a second step will give you an entirely different-looking car. If you want something even bolder, you could swap the front and rear bumpers for steel ones. I think it really depends on what you're expecting and where you'll be using it.
