(“MyGarage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the MyGarage mobile application (“Application”) strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license: • Is for non-commercial use • Does not permit copying the Application • Prohibits reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling • Prohibits any manipulation of code, data, or system behavior • Is subject to MyGarage’s sole discretion regarding access to Services MyGarage reserves the right to revoke this license at any time, with or without cause. SECTION 2 — CONDITIONS OF USE By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: • You are at least 13 years of age • The information you provide is accurate • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account • You will comply with all MyGarage rules and policies You agree to use MyGarage’s features lawfully, safely, and in good faith. SECTION 3 — PROHIBITED USES The following activities are strictly prohibited: 3.1 Technical Restrictions • Attempting to access or modify source code • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling • Circumventing security mechanisms or encryption • Manipulating algorithms or data flows • Using bots, scripts, crawlers, automation tools 3.2 Content-Based Restrictions • Organizing illegal street races or unsafe driving events • Promoting drugs, weapons, or dangerous behavior • Misleading or unsafe modification advice • Sharing others’ license plates or personal data without consent • Uploading copyrighted or unlawful content • Posting spam, hate speech, harassment, or fraudulent content 3.3 Illegal Events All events created on MyGarage: • Are at the creator’s sole risk • Are the sole responsibility of the user MyGarage is not the organizer, sponsor, or safety provider of any event. SECTION 4 — USER CONTENT AND LICENSE RIGHTS All content uploaded by users (“User Content”) — including Stories, Posts, vehicle photos, Routes, Events, Clubs, Forum messages, Q&A submissions, Technica AI questions, and survey responses — remains the property of the user. However, by uploading content, you grant MyGarage a: • Global • Non-exclusive • Royalty-free • Transferable • Sub-licensable • Non-revocable (for published content history) license to use your content for the functioning of the platform. MyGarage may: • Host • Store • Process • Resize or technically modify • Display within personalized feeds • Analyze and moderate • Use anonymized content to improve AI models MyGarage does not sell user content. SECTION 5 — VEHICLE DATA & LIABILITY Users may add detailed vehicle information, including: • Make/model/year • License plate (optional) • Modifications • Maintenance history • Vehicle photos • Technical notes The user is fully responsible for the accuracy and consequences of sharing this data. MyGarage is not liable for: • Incorrect modification entries • Vehicle recognition or visibility • Disclosure of license plate information • Incorrect technical advice MyGarage is a digital automotive community, not a vehicle safety authority. SECTION 6 — AI SYSTEMS (TECHNICA AI) — WARRANTY DISCLAIMER Technica AI: • Is not a professional diagnostic tool • Does not provide engineering evaluation • Is not a mechanical assessment • Does not guarantee accuracy • May generate incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading suggestions • Does not evaluate vehicle safety Technica AI outputs: • Are recommendations only • Must be used at the user’s own risk MyGarage assumes no responsibility for: • Engine or transmission damage • Unsafe modifications • Maintenance errors • Accidents or losses • Any harm caused by AI outputs SECTION 7 — UPDATES, CHANGES, AND MAINTENANCE MyGarage may: • Update the Application • Add or remove features • Modify design and algorithms • Release security patches Service interruptions may occur for: • Maintenance • System upgrades • Technical issues • Third-party outages MyGarage is not liable for interruptions or downtime. SECTION 8 — TERMINATION MyGarage may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Policy violations • Illegal event creation • Unsafe behavior • Spam/bot activity • Fraud • Harassment • Security threats • Misuse of services Users may request account deletion at any time. All deletion requests must be sent to [email protected] . SECTION 9 — “AS IS” WARRANTY DISCLAIMER The Application is provided “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MyGarage does not guarantee: • Error-free operation • Accuracy of AI suggestions • Continuous availability • Safety of routes or events • Accuracy of user content You use the Application at your own risk. SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyGarage is not liable for: • Vehicle damage • Accidents or injuries • Unsafe modifications • AI-based suggestions • Loss of data • Account suspension • Financial losses • Indirect or consequential damages Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. For free users, liability is zero (0). SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by: • The laws of the State of Delaware • Mandatory EU consumer laws (where applicable) • Turkish consumer and data protection laws (where applicable) Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delaware state courts.
