MyGarage – Terms and Conditions

SECTION 1 — ACCEPTANCE & BINDING AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the MyGarage mobile application, website, APIs, and all associated services (“Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to:
• These Terms
• The Privacy Policy
• The End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Community Guidelines
• All additional policies published by MyGarage
If you do not agree, you must not use MyGarage and must delete your account.
SECTION 2 — AGE REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY
MyGarage is intended for users 13 years and older.
Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be permanently terminated, and all related data will be deleted.
Users providing false age information are solely responsible for all consequences.
SECTION 3 — SCOPE OF MYGARAGE SERVICES
MyGarage includes the following modules and features:
✔ Story
Photo/video sharing, vehicle moments, driving experiences.
✔ Post
User posts, media, descriptions, galleries.
✔ Discover (Personalized Content Feed)
AI-optimized feed tailored to each user.
✔ Events
Meetups, drives, gatherings.
✔ Routes
Create, share, and explore driving routes.
✔ Clubs
Create or join car groups and communities.
✔ Explore
Find nearby events, routes, vehicles, digital stores.
✔ Forum, Q&A, Technica AI
Technical discussions, questions, and AI-assisted suggestions.
✔ MyGarage
Vehicle profiles, modifications, maintenance history, model/plate input.
✔ Surveys & Polls
User insights and behavioral analytics.
These Terms cover all modules and future additions.
SECTION 4 — USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
MyGarage is a community built on safety and respect.
Therefore, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
4.1 — Illegal Events & Activities
Users may NOT:
• Organize illegal street racing
• Coordinate unauthorized gatherings
• Arrange meetups that violate traffic laws
• Share activities that disrupt public order
All responsibility for such events belongs entirely to the user.
MyGarage does not organize, support, or sponsor any event.
4.2 — Dangerous or Inappropriate Content
Prohibited content includes:
• Violence, hate speech, harassment
• Behaviors that endanger traffic safety
• Driving content promoting drugs/alcohol
• Misleading dangerous modification advice
• Fraud, false information
4.3 — Sharing Personal Data
Users may NOT share:
• Another person’s license plate
• Personal photos
• Contact information
without explicit consent.
4.4 — Technical Abuse
Users may NOT:
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
• Use bots, crawlers, automation tools
• Reverse-engineer or manipulate the system
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
SECTION 5 — USER CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Users retain ownership of all content they upload (“User Content”), including:
• Stories
• Posts
• Vehicle photos
• Routes
• Events
• Clubs
• Forum messages
• Q&A submissions
• Technica AI questions
• Survey responses
However, by uploading content, the user grants MyGarage a:
• Global
• Non-exclusive
• Royalty-free
• Transferable
• Sub-licensable
• Irrevocable (for published content history)
license to:
• Host, store, display
• Process and optimize
• Resize, modify for technical purposes
• Show in Discover feeds
• Use anonymously for AI training
• Moderate or remove
MyGarage does not sell User Content.
SECTION 6 — VEHICLE DATA & USER LIABILITY
Users may enter detailed information such as:
• Vehicle make/model/year
• License plate (optional)
• Modifications
• Maintenance history
• Photos/videos
• Technical notes
Users are fully responsible for the accuracy and safety implications of their vehicle data.
MyGarage is not responsible for:
• Incorrect modification entries
• Vehicle recognition or exposure
• License plate sharing consequences
• Incorrect technical advice from other users
SECTION 7 — AI SYSTEMS (TECHNICA AI) DISCLAIMER
Technica AI:
• Does NOT provide mechanical diagnosis
• Is NOT a professional engineering evaluation
• Does NOT offer repair instructions
• Does NOT provide legal or safety certification
Technica AI outputs include:
• Technical suggestions
• Potential issue assessments
• Modification ideas
• Driving/maintenance thoughts
These outputs must not be considered accurate or definitive.
MyGarage accepts no liability for:
• Engine/transmission failures
• Unsafe or incorrect modifications
• Mechanical decisions taken by the user
• Vehicle accidents
• Hazardous driving behavior
Users act on AI suggestions at their own risk.
SECTION 8 — PAYMENT TERMS (TURBO, DIGITAL STORES, SPONSORSHIPS)
MyGarage may offer paid services such as:
✔ Turbo Membership
• Advanced features
• Faster AI responses
• Premium event/route suggestions
✔ Digital Stores
• Business storefronts
• Map-based visibility
• Regional promotions
✔ Sponsorship Tools
• Brand partnerships
• Integrated campaigns
8.1 — Payment Infrastructure
All payments are processed via:
• Apple Pay
• Google Play Billing
• Stripe
MyGarage does not store credit card information.
8.2 — Refund Policy
Purchases within the platform:
• Are subject to Apple/Google refund rules
• Cannot be refunded directly by MyGarage
8.3 — Service Interruptions
In case of service outages, users may NOT claim:
• Compensation
• Refunds
• Damages
SECTION 9 — ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
MyGarage may:
• Suspend
• Restrict
• Permanently terminate
user accounts under certain circumstances.
9.1 — Reasons for Action
Including but not limited to:
• Illegal event creation
• Spam/bot usage
• Fraudulent behavior
• Harmful/dangerous content
• Harassment
• Unauthorized sharing of personal data
• Security threats
• Abuse or misuse of the platform
9.2 — User-Initiated Termination
Users may:
• Delete their account at any time
• Request deletion of all personal data
Deletion processes are completed within 30 days.
9.3 — MyGarage-Initiated Termination
MyGarage may:
• Shut down the entire service
• Disable specific modules
• Suspend service in specific regions
In such cases, MyGarage has no obligation to compensate users.
SECTION 10 — LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
MyGarage is not responsible for any losses related to:
10.1 — Vehicle & Driving Damage
• Mechanical failure
• Performance issues
• Post-modification problems
• Vehicle accidents
• Unsafe driving behavior
10.2 — Events
For user-organized meetups, MyGarage is not responsible for:
• Accidents or injuries
• Property damage
• Poor organization
• Crowd management
MyGarage does not organize or sponsor any events.
10.3 — User Content
MyGarage is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or misleading information
• Dangerous suggestions
• Harm caused by following other users’ advice
10.4 — AI Systems
MyGarage is not responsible for:
• AI errors
• Incorrect predictions
• Misleading or incomplete suggestions
• Vehicle damage resulting from AI content
Users take full responsibility for all actions.
SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by:
• Delaware State Law
• Mandatory GDPR rules for EU users
• Turkish consumer and KVKK provisions for Türkiye users
All disputes will first be resolved through negotiation.
If unresolved, Delaware state courts have jurisdiction.
International users may exercise mandatory consumer rights under local law.
