A well-known good tuner in Ankara

I had a tune done on my car but I'm not happy with it. It's blowing black smoke and it won't go away. I had a brand new original turbo fitted, and the DPF and EGR were deleted. I wanted a smoke-free, high-performance tune, but that's not what I got. When I log the data myself, there's a mismatch between the requested values and the delivered values. My car is a 2.0 TDI Audi A3 CR140, 103kW, 6-speed manual hatchback/coupe. If you know a good tuner, I'm open to your suggestions.
