At that summit where the shocks groan with every hit and the engine gasps for breath, I saw a mountain flower growing at the edge of a cliff. It's thin, it's delicate, but it stands up to a thousand storms. A car is just like that; it's a pile of metal, but in a proper corner it turns into a living organism with a soul.
As night falls you stop at the edge of the forest. The road is dark, the mind is full, the silence of the curve is calling me again. This photo is just one of those nights.
Kaputu kaldırıp baktığında, insanın içinde bir huzur oluyor.
Bir yanda yağın kokusu, bir yanda yolun sesi
Her şey olması gerektiği gibi, Turbo’nun gövdesinden yükselen ısıyla genleşmiş hava, motorun üzerinde dalgalanıyordu. Intercooler boruları, kısa bir sprintin ardından terleyen kaslar gibiydi.
The streetlights seemed to be lighting up memories rather than the night. The E21 was saying "I'm here" with a splendor the years couldn't wear down, giving its 4th-generation grandchild a lesson in steering feel. The F30 was saying "I'm ready," doing its job with total emotionlessness, while we watched sadly, seeing just how much we've lost in terms of driving feel
The sun beats down from above, the road winds its way through the yellowed grass. Wind turbines spin like silent giants of the sky. And in that moment, a blue shadow at the edge of the asphalt… the i20N.
When the flash pierces the night, it's not just a car appearing on the scene — it's a touge monster. The sharp taillights on the back of the little blue car are like two crimson signatures thrown into the darkness. And the 30 km/h speed limit sign standing innocently by the roadside, never obeyed, becomes the decor of the touge night.
Snapshots from our Cars & Coffee i20 N Bursa meetup. It was a great event where we did a group drive using the mountain roads of Bursa Gököz. We got plenty of mountain air and gave it some gas, and we're left with great memories.
As the tires dug into the dirt, we were in the blue car's true playground — not just for asphalt; just like in the World Rally Championship, it was proving to be just as successful on dirt. Jeremy Clarkson would call this a 'proper backroad blast', but I'd say the blue car simply chose its own nature.
Corner after corner and another corner, a spiritual drive where we'd long since passed the limits of satisfaction and pushed the blue car's limits, a spontaneous blend of a blurred dial reflected in the phone's camera while gassing it and a photo taken while waiting for the brakes to cool.
