Recommendations up to 2 million

I have a max 2M budget; I'm thinking of a clean Tonale, but 2018 320ds with around 150k km also confuse me, and on the other hand the Superb is a nice car too. In short, I'm waiting for your recommendations and advice up to 2M

The Tonale is currently one of the most sensible C-SUVs on the market. What you mentioned are D-segment cars. Expectations matter here - for example, some users have written that BMW's Harman Kardon sound system is better than the one in the Tonale. But it's also a fact that even though the Tonale is a nearly newer model, it's priced far more sensibly than a lot of its rivals. Think about it: for 2M you're getting a nearly new C-SUV with a sunroof, Harman Kardon, electric seats, heating/cooling, Brembo brakes, and a rock-solid design, etc.

@alperenakman Yeah, it looks like my first choice will be the 1.6 Tonale. Are you happy with it? How's the quality and comfort? There are people saying it's no different from the Egea Cross and it's confusing me.

Quality-wise it's very good, but there can be the typical Alfa chronic issue of trim noise - as a fix, people on forums have written that they use Wurth spray. Comfort-wise it varies from package to package - our old car was a Tiguan with 17-inch wheels. Our Tonale has 19-inch wheels, so naturally the car is a bit firmer. But I can't say it's a huge difference. But if you can afford it, I'd recommend getting the 1.5 hybrid - I've read people saying the 1.6 lacks power.

I get why they compare this car to the Egea - Alfa Romeo is Fiat's after all. Back in the day people used to say the solid 159s had a Doblo engine, but for its era it was a rock-solid car. Even Mercedes uses Brembo brakes on some of its AMG models, and Alfa Romeo put them on a C-SUV :) I really like it, and I'd say it's built up its own little market. If you can find a nice one with the warranty still active, I recommend it. Over time the car proves its quality to its owner. At least that's how it went for us.

@alperenakman My reason for preferring the 1.6 is that it's trouble-free - And Cetin said the 1.5s have chronic issues, and it's also written in some forums, but I couldn't find any info about the 1.3. I could also consider the 280hp plug-in, I'm just afraid it'll cause problems.

As for the car, my old one was a Hyundai i30, now I'm driving a CHR - I think comfort and quality will improve.

Mate, we have the 1.3, we bought it knowing full well there's no authorized service in our city. Well, I've read posts about these cars saying that both the 1.5s and the 1.3s went to the service center a lot in the first year, but afterward, once all the chronic issues were resolved, they ran without problems. For example, in our car's service history it went to the service center a few times in the first year, but since we've owned it, it's been running like a beast. Whichever model you get, make sure to check the car's service history through the Alfa Link app.

Also if you live in Trabzon, there's an authorized service there, which is great. As for quality and comfort compared to the CH-R and i30, I haven't driven them so I can't say anything, but taking the wheel size difference into account, I can say it's a bit stiffer than the Tiguan. But it's better in terms of material quality. We have an active group about the Tonale on DonanımHaber, I'd recommend checking that out too.
