BMW low-rpm vibration

Original Poster

My car is an F10 520i, 2016 model, N20B16 engine, at 214,000 km. It had a Stage 1 tune, downpipe, and cat-off done. The coils were replaced with new Delphi ones and NGK spark plugs as a set. Even before these modifications, the car used to have a short stutter and shake at 1,000-2,000 rpm when lightly touching the throttle under no load. I thought it would go away once the coils and plugs were changed, but it didn't. When I monitor the data via OBD, the STFT value goes negative in that rpm range while unloaded. Once the car is under load, STFT goes back to positive. The STFT fluctuations decrease and the shaking/momentary hesitation stops. What could be causing this issue?
