Tire choice

Greetings everyone, I'm slowly thinking of saying goodbye to the Goodyear UltraGrip 8s on my car, both because the tread depth has decreased and because of their age, but in 1-2 months I may leave the city I'm in (Kayseri) and it's not clear where I'll move (Alanya, Ankara and Istanbul are among the options). Since I can't do a summer/winter set, I generally use a single tire. I thought of continuing with the UG8 until February and then switching to the Continental PremiumContact 7, but the family thinks an all-season tire would be more practical and they suggest I buy the Goodyear Vector Gen 3 (or another Goodyear model). If I return to Alanya, I believe it would be weak compared to the PC7, especially in rainy weather. I'd like your thoughts too. I do an average of 15k km a year and change tires on average every 3 years
Translated from TurkishHi, if you don't drive much in snow, summer tires give more efficient performance, all-season tires aren't that great in either summer or winter — if you have the budget, having separate summer and winter sets is the best option, but if you don't have much trouble in winter, summer tires are enough, and they're great in the rain. I use Hankook Ventus Prime 4, an F/P tire, soft sidewalls, comfortable, good road holding, the downside is you feel a bit of lateral movement in the car. If you have the budget, I'd recommend Premium Contact; Ultra Contact is too stiff, I don't recommend it.
Translated from TurkishI used the Turanza T004 before, even though it was just as good in the wet, it always slid around in the dry. If budget allows, Michelin Primacy 4 or Continental PremiumContact 7. If not, Hankook Ventus Prime 4.
Translated from TurkishHonestly, since I'm looking for something more performance-focused, I heard the UltraContact would be more durable. I was originally thinking of getting two sets, but since there's a chance I won't need winter tires at all in 2 months, I was putting it off for now. If you say the PC7 would be more performance-oriented, I could go with that instead.
