Tire bulging

In November we bought a full set of Conti all-season tires. Before hitting 2,000 km, while driving from Şırnak to Adana, one of them split because of a patch in the road (first photos) — well, at least it's just that, we said, and since the tires were new anyway, we just bought one more. Two days ago my wife hit a small curb and this time another one bubbled. I moved the front ones to the back, but I don't trust them. Should I just make do until summer tire season, or should I replace them?
