One side of the AC blowing cold

As you know we're in the winter months and I live in a cold place like Konya. I have a 2013 Jetta; while the AC blows warm on the left side of the car, the right side of the car is ice cold. The car has dual-zone climate control and even though I set both to the hottest setting, the right side blows cold. What's the problem, can you help?

In dual-zone climate systems, this is usually related to the left-right air mix flaps or their actuator motors. If the left side blows hot while the right stays cold, that points to the right-side temperature flap not opening fully. After disconnecting the battery, the flap's adaptation may have been lost, or the flap actuator may be stuck. Less commonly, an imbalance in circulation within the heater core can also cause this.

The same problem happened in my E90 - it got fixed after I replaced the AC evaporator core. At first I also thought it was related to the directional flaps, but since most users said it was the core, I replaced the core and the problem was solved.
