Mountain road between Bologna and Florence

A route starting from Bologna to the Barberino Outlet on mountain roads, Black Sea-like but with good asphalt, where you can have a nice run between towns; at the end do your shopping, sip your coffee, and from there continue to Florence again on mountain roads, with a pull-off where you can get a bird's-eye view of Florence and admire the city. Experiencing many small and large towns along the way and opening it up on nicely winding, sometimes single-lane roads between them was great fun
