I converted my Renault Safrane to 4-lug to fit 16-inch Initiale wheels (last photo). For this I changed the 4 hubs, wheel bearings and discs, and naturally the pads too, and finished it off by also replacing the 4 shock absorbers I had sitting on the shelf. By the end of the job I'd reduced unsprung weight by 1.2kg.
