At this mileage you can't know how trouble-free your car will run even without a tune. If the turbo, engine, and injectors haven't had any refresh, I'd recommend factoring in the metal fatigue on the car as well. It looks clean, mashallah, but at this mileage you'd be increasing the risk for just 10-15hp. A good tuner is very important of course, but a good tuner will also build a map that doesn't stress the relevant parts too much, so there won't be a noticeable difference for you.
