In the 1.1-1.2m price range, preferably automatic but manual is fine too. 2016 or newer, hasn't passed the 150k km mark, could I get suggestions for a sedan family car? Current car is a 2022 1.4 Fire Egea.

Mate, I'm also researching in this price range, my options include Honda City, Renault Megane, Skoda Scala, Polo. If I stretch the budget a bit, Kia Stonic or Hyundai Bayon come to mind too, but I'm so indecisive.

I've ridden in the City a few times mate, and looking at the general reviews too, it's a car that doesn't even have a hood scoop, made for the Central Asian market, I honestly can't even understand why it caught on this much in our country. I'm torn between a 1.0 EcoBoost manual 2023 Focus and the diesel automatic Insignia and Insignia Grand Sport, I can't really find another sensible model in this price bracket

I'm not looking at hatchbacks, but the Scala is also a nice car, though a clean, low-mileage one doesn't come up at these prices as far as I know. The Megane is also a nice option, you can find clean petrol ones, but only the 1.3 TCe or the 1.6 naturally aspirated, and likewise the cheap ones among those too, so it hasn't really stuck in my mind, but if at least a mid-trim one came up at a good price it would do the job

The old body's prices are way too high for the price-performance ratio, and the new body doesn't earn its price either what with interior space, insulation and so on, in my opinion — other than reliability it has no upside.
