On this route we went up into the Aladağlar, but even… — @aaltnkaynak

On this route we went up into the Aladağlar, but even though my tires were good quality, since they had a 255 width and their previous owner had worn them down, there was almost no grip. I got stuck once, but it climbed like a mountain goat anyway. My tip to you: go with a narrower winter tire width if you're heading up into the mountains, but the lack of grip was just as fun 😄

Exactly, anyone who's driven up to Bolu knows it—there are always guys waiting on the road to fit snow chains, and for some reason only the road ahead of them is icy, but solid ice. I got out of the car and slid all the way down, it was that icy. Since I didn't expect that much, I got a bit cocky getting out and the car swung right and left and ended up sideways 😄 but then I eased off, got my speed back and got out of it, and after that I didn't stick around hahahah
