So I want to buy a Mitsubishi Lancer, but I have two options right now: one nearby, a 2009 1.5 at 280,000 km for 550; the other far away in Istanbul asking 650, at 180k, without LPG. Which do you think makes more sense?

Get the one without LPG, just change the oil, you'll drive it for many years.
