Which M57 model is the toughest, going 500k km easily with maintenance?

Hi, I had a 193 hp E39 530d, an immortal machine. But under Turkish conditions, since it's often filled with the cheapest oil and its service intervals get exceeded a lot, nobody knows how much life is left in them.
