My car has an M40B16 engine with an aftermarket ECU, the cylinder head was recently overhauled, the camshaft was changed, but the misfiring issue is still ongoing. They say having 1mm taken off the lifters will fix it, does anyone have info, or could a timing off by one tooth cause this much misfiring
