i20 judder problem

Hello everyone, my 2020 model i20 1.0 with 80k km has a shuddering problem — especially when pulling away while the engine is cold, it shudders incredibly. There's also a slight shudder when shifting from 3rd to 4th, and the same incredible shudder happens when reversing too. It was serviced 5,000 km ago and they said they'd fixed the issue with a software update, but it's still continuing. Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone have thoughts on the cause?
