BOSE SOUND SYSTEM AUDIO SETTINGS

Hi guys. On my car, the Bose sound system's sound settings don't show up. From what I've researched, there should be settings like subwoofer and equalizer, but I only have three standard settings. On Saturday the infotainment software was updated during service, but the result didn't change. Could a friend with a Bose sound system car send me a screenshot of their own sound settings screen?
