My car feels very strange and goes extremely fast

Guys, I've got a Fiesta, let me put it this way — it goes really, really crazy fast. Let me explain: this car burns head gaskets, but after coming out of the shop this car picks up speed, but it picks up speed like crazy, insanely. I checked it with an OBD device and when I looked, it was showing some really weird horsepower numbers — 120s, 130s, all different, pretty high horsepower figures. We've raced with this car before, we've beaten all sorts of things — a 1.5 dCi Symbol, an Opel Astra and so on, we've tried them all, gone up against them, and I mean by a clear margin. Full send, meaning they couldn't even get close. 0-100 comes out around 7-8 [seconds]. Now, I think there's a tune on the car, and here's the thing — when the turbo builds boost, there's a whistling sound, a pretty loud whistling sound while we're driving, but I don't think that's actually a problem, and it's most likely a catalytic converter delete. Plus I think there's probably an EGR optimization on the car, there's a tune, there's a cat delete, so that's the setup, but the thing is, I don't know for sure exactly whether there's a tune on it or not.
