2023 Puma ST-Line 1.0 EcoBoost MHEV 155 hp

Hi. I'm thinking of buying a 2023 Ford Puma 1.0 EcoBoost Hybrid ST-Line package. I've driven the non-hybrid version of the 1.0 EcoBoost and loved it. But I have some question marks in my mind. First, some people have had frequent battery issues. Apparently if the car sits for 2 days without running, the battery drains. Second, it has keyless start, and comes with the automatic tailgate package — in that package, do the doors also open without the key, or is that feature not included? If anyone has used it, especially @sinankoç bro, if you could share some info I'd really appreciate it :)
