Seat Leon 1.5 PHEV 12-volt supply fault

My 2025 Seat Leon 1.5 PHEV is giving a 12-volt supply fault. About a month ago it completely drained the 12-volt battery, which left me stranded. Doğuş Seat dealer sent out service staff who charged the battery. It hasn't left me stranded since, but it's giving a 13-volt battery supply fault. Has this happened to anyone, does anyone know anything about it? Could you help?
