Gearbox problem

I bought my 320d F30 new, after driving it for 1 week the transmission gave out on me, it cost 105k, the mechanic's list is as follows Gasket set 13,500₺ Clutch plate set 8,250₺ Piston set 6,000₺ Sheet metal set 4,500₺ Solenoid plug 2,500₺ Solenoid intermediate plate 3,000₺ Torque converter repair 21,000₺ Transmission oil 6,800₺ Transmission filter 4,000₺ Labor 17,000₺ Cleaning 1,200₺ Pump 10,000₺ Mid-milled housing 8,000₺ Now what I want to ask is this: when I gave it sudden gas the car stalled, this happened twice, and then when I tried to start it right away it wouldn't start, after 10 seconds when I started it, it started - in both cases is this a problem stemming from the transmission, will it be fixed once the repair is done?
