Leon 'start manually' problem

The car stops when start-stop is active, but for starting again the dash shows a warning saying to start it manually. When I took it to the auto electrician, apparently the battery hadn't been registered to the ECU, he registered it and said it should be fixed, no problem would occur, but the issue continues (battery health 95%)
