The seat heating button on my 2018 A4 malfunctioned, the dealer said the button panel needs to be replaced. When a new panel was fitted as a test, it turned itself off after 15 minutes. When reconnected it works, but every time, after 15 minutes the panel turns off again. Does anyone have knowledge of this or experience to share?
