Yesterday while turning back (with the signal on) someone hit the rear bumper of my car, and if I go through insurance a damage record will be created. There isn't actually major damage, but since I'm afraid it won't look as good as before once repaired, I asked for a brand new bumper, and the other party said that on top of their own costs that was too much, and I don't know what to do. (The spot where the felt behind the tire is attached is cracked too, it might not show in the photo)
