The result of half a liter of extra oil in my car

Original Poster

Yes guys, I had my M57 E60 530d serviced, during the service about half a liter too much oil was put in, a 350-400km test drive was done, there was an issue. Then after another 500-600km I noticed the oil level warning showing in orange, saying the oil level is higher than it should be. Along with the service a K&N air box filter was also fitted, my car only has the DPF delete, no other exhaust mods, it has a hybrid turbo and Stage 1. After the service there's a very loud sound coming from my car, I don't know if it's an intake sound or a turbo sound, I wanted to send you the sound and ask what you think. I drained the excess oil with a syringe, but could the turbo seal have blown? Is this the sound of the filter or is it the turbo seal, could M57 owners or anyone with experience share their thoughts

Guys, I shared the sound of the car on my story, I couldn't add it here as a video - I'd appreciate it if you'd watch it and share your thoughts
