We can't start the car

My car sat unused for about 2 weeks and the battery died. To start it we jump-started it from another car's battery, since there was little fuel in the tank it ran a bit then stalled. We got fuel, charged our own battery and put it back in the car, but it won't start. Even push-starting it won't start, even cranking it won't start. The windows were electric, they don't work either. There's no power at all in the LPG system, our mechanic supplied power to the LPG system himself to try starting it on gas, still nothing. He sprayed brake cleaner into the throttle body, still nothing. He said the coils needed to be checked, we towed it to the LPG shop, they checked the coils, the output was weak but not at a level that would cause trouble, they said there's no problem there and sent it to an auto electrician. The electrician checked the car, said the starter motor was faulty, I told him it wouldn't start even by push-starting either, he replied that the first fault is this starter motor, it'll be changed, then he can see the other fault, and said it would cost between 10-15 thousand TL. What could be wrong with my car, or does anyone know a solid mechanic in Kayseri?
