'97 Ford Escort service problem

Hi, by the way this app has turned out really well, it doesn't miss the old forum days at all. Yesterday I became the owner of a '97 Ford Escort CLX with the Zetec engine, thankfully that's what I could afford, but there are some things that need doing. Play in the steering, the V-belt, the bearings, the rear wheel bearings, that kind of thing. I live in Avcılar, and including Beylikdüzü and Büyükçekmece, I can't find a mechanic for it — whoever I ask says "we don't work on those." Is there anyone out there who wouldn't mind helping, or at least pointing me somewhere? Take care, everyone.
