Waterless engine cleaning sprays

Hello fellow forum members, two days ago I cleaned the engine with an SMX brand waterless engine cleaning spray. About a day after cleaning it, when I started the car, white smoke started coming from the exhaust manifold along with a strong chemical smell. I let it idle for 20 minutes, and once the smoke reduced I went home. After the car cooled down I started it again, drove a short distance, stopped, and it came back again. Even after 2 days a little smoke is still coming out — I couldn't figure out whether it's leftover chemical residue or whether the manifold got damaged. Has anyone experienced something like this? The spot the smoke is coming from is shown in the photo.

Hi, it's probably a chemical residue. Use it for a few more days, and if it doesn't go away I'd recommend showing it to a mechanic
