Climate control panel

Hi guys, I have a 2021 VW Polo Life. The car's touch climate control panel acts up on its own, it turns the defrost all the way up and then back down without my input. The authorized services flatly say the panel needs to be replaced and the prices are too high even with the goodwill discount. I went to Demir Otomotiv in Izmir, they took the panel out and inspected it. The film behind the screen that provides the panel's touch sensing is apparently torn. Does anyone have an idea where this film could be sourced? Or is there a place in Izmir selling used parts for this panel that you could recommend where I could get one? I've attached a photo of the panel.
