Here's the issue: when I turn off the car and lock the doors, the folding mirror closes and it also raises the mirror glass to the up position. When I unlock the door with the remote, the folding mirror opens normally, but this time it lowers the mirror glass to the opposite position, all the way down. No matter what we tried, I couldn't solve it, every time I get in the car I adjust the mirror glass from inside.

2 repliesYour mirror is probably an aftermarket one, and aftermarket mirrors move their internal motor when they lock, causing a jitter. My recommendation is to find an original mirror and have it fitted.
