Gear slipping into neutral

First of all, hello everyone. The car is a 2016 Megane 4 automatic. When it hit 190,000 km, the transmission started to feel off, so we decided to replace it with a brand-new original one. We did replace it, but for the last 3 days, while driving, the car drops out of gear into neutral and gives a "check transmission" warning. Now they've done a configuration on the ECU and I'm going to pick it up. Is the root cause of this problem the configuration, or do we need to have the transmission replaced again?
