2023 Passat wireless CarPlay problem

I had wireless CarPlay installed on my car in Istanbul. I have this issue: when I set up navigation, it sometimes detects my location as the shop where the wireless CarPlay was installed. It tries to set the route from the shop's location to where I want to go. Has anyone had a problem like this? When I went back and asked the place that installed it, they said they'd never heard of anything like it. Tomorrow they're sending an antenna, I'll try replacing that.
